Processing Time:
All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We ship to all 50 US states and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier‘s website.

Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Incorrect Addresses:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
